These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Caminomecoaching Sound Baths.

By booking or participating in a session, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Nature of Service

Sessions offered by Karin of Caminomecoaching Sound Baths are wellbeing practices intended to support relaxation, presence, and general regulation.

They do not constitute medical treatment, physiotherapy, psychotherapy, or any other form of licensed healthcare, and are not a substitute for medical or psychological care.

Clients with health concerns are advised to consult a qualified medical professional before booking.

Participation in sessions is voluntary.

Individual responses to sound and meditation practices vary, and no specific outcomes or benefits are guaranteed.
 

Booking & Payment

Bookings may be made online via the landing page.

On-location sessions, vip group sessions, and special events are arranged by request and confirmed individually via email or whatsapp. Session times are confirmed only after payment, unless otherwise agreed.

Rates are communicated clearly prior to booking and may be updated periodically.

At Caminomecoaching we value clarity, transparency, and mutual commitment.
Our trainings are delivered in small groups, with personalised guidance and a high standard of professional care.

To maintain this level of quality, we apply the following cancellation and refund policy.

Registration

All registrations for trainings are final and non-refundable.

Each place booked requires:

💕 Advance preparation and material planning,

💕 The reservation of limited group spaces,

💕 Administrative and organisational commitments.

For these reasons, no refunds can be issued once a training place has been confirmed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled session.

The paid amount can be credited towards the following available sound bath, date to be determined and agreed upon.

Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may be charged in full and are treated as rendered services. Such bookings are non-refundable.

Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Caminomecoaching in cases of illness or force majeure.

Caminomeachoacching may offer a one-time reschedule to another training date, subject to availability.

This reschedule does not constitute a refund.
It allows the participant to join another session within the next available session, depending on places available.

Conditions for rescheduling

A reschedule may be offered under the following conditions:

The request must be made as early as possible.

The reschedule is strictly limited to one occurrence.

Participation in a future session is subject to available spaces.

If no space is available immediately, an alternative solution or priority placement may be offered.

Cancellation of a training by Caminomecoaching

If Karin needs to cancel or reschedule a session, clients will be informed as early as possible:

A new training date will be proposed,
or, if this is not possible,

A credit will be issued for another training.

We always aim for the most fair and supportive solution for our participants.

Ethical and professional commitment

Our training programmes rely on a rigorous pedagogical structure, small-group teaching, and dedicated follow-up. Maintaining high standards requires stability and careful planning.

This policy exists to preserve:

the quality of the learning experience,

the coherence and safety of the group,

the integrity of our professional commitments,

and the long-term sustainability of Karin of Caminomecoaching’s teaching approach.
 

Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for informing Karin of any relevant health conditions prior to the session, including but not limited to pregnancy, sound sensitivities, implanted medical devices (such as pacemakers), epilepsy, or recent surgery. Clients remain responsible for assessing whether participation is appropriate for them and for seeking medical advice where necessary.
 

Liability

While every reasonable care is taken to provide a safe and supportive environment, participation in sessions is at the client’s own risk. To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Caminomecoaching / Karin shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in a session, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Liability for indirect, consequential, or purely financial damages, including emotional distress, loss of income, or loss of opportunity, is expressly excluded to the extent permitted by law. Any liability, where legally permitted, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant session.
 

Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information (such as name, email address, phone number, and booking details) is used solely for scheduling, communication, and service-related purposes. Data is stored securely and is never sold or shared with third parties. Secure third-party tools may be used for scheduling and communication purposes. Clients may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time.
 

Gift Cards, Packages & Vouchers

Gift cards, packages, and vouchers are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase.

They are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person unless otherwise stated.

Gift cards, packages, or vouchers must be presented at the time of booking.
 

Changes to Terms

Caminomecoaching reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as needed.

The current version will always be available on the website and applies at the time of booking.
 

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.

Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Basel, Switzerland.
